This page is a plain summary, not the contract. The real contract is the Master Services Agreement and the Business Associate Agreement that Pyrenth LLC and your practice sign before any patient data moves into Pyrenth. The Business Associate Agreement is the one HIPAA requires at 45 CFR 164.504(e).

How users are expected to use Pyrenth

The practice gives each staff member their own Pyrenth login. Do not share that login with anyone. Do not write scripts that scrape data out of Pyrenth around the published APIs. Do not try to step around the sign in or the audit log. Every chart open and every change is recorded with the user, the patient, the time, and the page.

Uptime, support, and getting your data back

The specific uptime number, the support response times, the change window, and how the practice gets its data back at the end of the contract are spelled out in the signed Master Services Agreement. Federal customers get the FedRAMP aligned version with the extra reporting cycle.
