Where was Pyrenth built?

Pyrenth was built inside a working Colorado Medicaid behavioral health billing operation run by Monarch Billing Solutions LLC, a related company. Pyrenth is now taking on its first outside clinics.

Do I have to replace my current EHR?

No. Clinics can start with prior authorizations and billing alongside their current record and move the rest later. When you move, Pyrenth staff handle the data migration.

Is Pyrenth HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliant?

Pyrenth is designed for HIPAA and for 42 CFR Part 2 consent on substance use records, and every action is logged with who did it and when.

Is Pyrenth FedRAMP or CMMC certified?

No. NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, CMMC 2.0, Section 508 and HITRUST are on our roadmap. None has been assessed or certified yet. Pyrenth LLC is registered with SAM.gov (UEI W92LKKL4KJ67, CAGE 20RJ7).

How it works

Five steps between care and getting paid.

A clinic's money moves through five steps. Pyrenth does the paperwork in each one, and your staff review and approve before anything goes to a payer.

Veteran founded

Pyrenth was founded by Robert Ryczek, who served eleven years in the Army National Guard in Ohio and Arizona and held a Department of Defense security clearance during his Guard service. We start with Medicaid behavioral health, where the rules are hardest. Our goal is to help clinics that treat veterans through VA community care, and federal health programs, get approvals and claims right so veterans get care faster.

Robert also owns Monarch Billing Solutions LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SAM.gov UEI EZQVJRHJ3JX6, CAGE 152Q4) that runs the Colorado Medicaid billing operation Pyrenth was built inside. Pyrenth LLC is not itself a certified veteran-owned business.
